What this machine does

Horizontal automatic belt coater for free-flowing centers — nuts, dried fruits, cereals, coffee beans. Sits after center preparation and before polishing or packaging. Model selection is driven by batch volume and recipe-change frequency: BTC1000 (300 L) for small batches and frequent recipe changes; BTC1500 (450 L) when BTC1000 creates excessive reload frequency; BTC2000 (600 L) for long continuous production with fewer discharge interruptions. Drip or spray application configured at order — drip for dense centers, spray for lightweight centers.
